Type BSO Broaching stand-offs are produced in Carbon Steel and Electro Tinned code ET, or Stainless Steel passivated code SS and are for use in Circuit boards or thin sheet materials softer than RB-65. The broaching action during installation creates satisfactory retention in the board, the threaded and non-threaded stand-offs allow screws to be inserted through multiple layered boards for stacked assemblies.
