Supaclinch* Self Clinch Nuts

S Type Self clinch nuts are produced as turned parts to provide the accuracy and dependability of a cut thread, also special derivatives can be accommodated subject to volumes being sufficient. They have the European body dimensions as a standard currently available and so are interchangeable with other fasteners that use metric hole sizes. The nuts are placed using a squeezing action, time being allowed for material to flow into the coining recess which provides retention in the sheet. They offer the designer high torque and push out resistance and easy rapid installation. They can be used in pre-plated, painted or polished sheets. Their consistent predictable performance makes them an ideal replacement for weld nuts that can be inconsistent in performance.
