HK Heat Ultrasonic Inserts are the insert of choice for high volume automatic installation into straight holes. Insert performance values are, in fact, enhanced due to the two recesses and the three bands of Knurling. The installation is achieved very rapidly due to ease of orientation as the fact that this insert is symmetrical provides further advantages in speed of orientation whether for hand location, semi automation or fully automated applications.
