Heat-Ultrasonic Inserts HHV are designed for installation into parallel holes produced with standard core pins. 1 deg. Draft angle is acceptable. The unique interrelated knurl and groove design, together with a gradual four-stepped increase in diameter is engineered to yield the best combination of torque resistance, pullout resistance, low radial stress, and ease of insertion. The headed version provides increased resistance to jack out loads situations by creating a larger bearing surface for mating parts. This feature can also be used for providing extra surface area for electrical contacts to improve circuit continuity.
